DELIVERY OPTIONS EXPLAINED
When you buy a Virgin Balloon Flight, choose to receive your vouchers by email and delivery is both instant and completely free!
Or if you prefer to have your vouchers printed and delivered by post, our standard delivery packaging is just £3.99 and includes a luxury foiled voucher wallet in a classic red envelope.
And for £7.99, you get the same luxury printed packaging delivered next day within a one-hour delivery window.
None of our packaging includes any Virgin Balloon Flights branding, so we won’t let the cat out of the bag if it’s a gift.
Vouchers by Email
Left it late? Choose Email as your delivery option at checkout to get an instant email-voucher as a high-resolution printable PDF which you can use or present on the big day.
Vouchers and Gift Extras by Post
Our £3.99 standard delivery packaging will get vouchers and gift extras to you in 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class post.
You can also select express delivery for £7.99 per order (to one address on up to 20 vouchers) and they will be with you the next day within a one hour delivery window.
You should receive a text to let you know which hour it will be between 8am – 6pm (if a mobile number has been supplied).
Express delivery orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday to be received the next day. Orders placed on Fridays will reach you by Monday and orders on Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday.

Please note we are unable to ship physical orders outside of the UK, but do check out our E-Vouchers, for instant delivery via email.
